  ive only ever encountered one bad waitress in the decade ive gone here. they have wonderful pizza at prices that are adequate.

  So sad, this place good be something great but the service is awful! I had the margarita oven pizza which had a unfinished soggy crust I did see lots of pasta that looked good at other tables. I sat outside with my 1 ur old gs and had to go inside 5 times, once for silverware, once For napkins and the other three times was becaus I was trying to pay. Paying took me 45 mins and I probably could of just left and know one would of noticed. Behind the front counter is just complete chaos! To make it worse the owner who came out to smoke a cig across the steet, came up to me and asked if he could help Because " it looked like I was struggling" and proceeded to tell me if I needed anything to let him know. I explained everything to him he apologized but when When I went To see if I could get my food cooked a bit more, he was lost behind the chaotic counter, cooking and unreadable. Sad that the only person who help me was an employee who was off work for the day. One waiter( at the table next to me) talked to passer Byes and ignore me my entire stay! This is the worst 20 bucks and 2 hours for a quick lunch I have ever spent and what makes it sad is it has SO MUCH POTENTIAL JUST SO POORLY RAN!

  It would be zero stars if I could! Where do I even begin?! I have never seen more incompetent people congregated in one place ever! Both "managers" if that's what you can call them running around doing nothing....my entire $70 order was ready when i there for my pick up except the antipasto...all it needed was the meat......20 mins to cut cold meat?! All the food was cold! No lasagna with the 3 on one plate....had to wait for the meatballs because somehow they forgot the meatballs on the Spagetti and MEATBALLS! They were more concerned with which waitress would get the next customer instead of the one standing right in front of them! I have never liked this place and it was not my choice tonight but I could not go without a writing a review on this TERRIBLE experience! They make the kids working at McDonald's look like chefs! Absolutely ridiculous! Honestly surprised your even still in business.

  We have a gift card for this establishment. Tried calling several times to see if reservations are needed for New Year's Eve. No one answers the phone. Makes me wonder if they are open. We may have tho switch tho plan B.
